It offers low off-peak prices. It takes 15 mins to get to a bus station. If you wish to see Atacadao - stay here, it's just 15 minutes walk...

location right by atacadao. we greatly enjoyed staying at villa al assala palmeraie. daoudiate district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting. the pool was a bonus for relaxing.
